Shipping policy
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Handling Time-Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Estimated delivery date
The estimated delivery date is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery date, you can determine how long it will take to receive your item.
Handling time
Sellers are required to specify how long they will take to package and ship the item after receiving cleared payment. Sellers may select a handling time between same business day and 30 business days.
Shipping services
Some shipping services provide an estimate for the number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. Transit time includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.
Cleared payment
A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into the seller's account. If you pay using credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if you pay by cheque, money order, or eCheque, your payment may take several days to clear.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping costs may vary by item.
PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days for delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us with a message on email.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When you order more than 1 of the same type of item (for example 3 t-shirts) they will ship together. When you order different types of products, like 1 t-shirt and 1 mask, they will ship separately since they're made by different production partners.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
